Minard Pierre

Pierre Minard holds a Master’s degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po Lille (France) and a Master’s degree from the College of Europe (Bruges) in European Political and Administrative Studies. After working at GRIP as a trainee, he has been an associate researcher since 2013, dealing with Common Security and Defence Policy and crisis management issues. More particularly, his researches deal with the reform of the European Security Strategy, civilian crisis management, lesson-learning processes and Framework Participation Agreements. Since September 2014, he is Junior Analyst at the EU Institute for Security Studies in Paris.
