Moreau Virginie

Since 2008, Virginie Moreau has been a researcher at GRIP in the « Small arms and arms transfers » research unit, where she works on the strengthening of arms transfer controls. She focuses especially on the Arms Trade Treaty, arms brokering control and on the controls done by the UN and UE on arms embargo. Besides, she conducts research on post-export controls and civilian possession of arms.

She holds a university degree in political sciences from UCL and a European master’s degree in International Humanitarian Action (NOHA).
