Capacity assessment in the fight against the proliferation of small arms in the Central African Republic

GRIP co-wrote with the Small Arms Survey a capacity assessment report on the fight against the proliferation of small arms in the Central African Republic. This report was written for the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action in the context of a larger project supported by the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS).

Timeframe: September to December 2014.
